Rain lashes Delhi & NCR

Delhi recorded around 70 mm rainfall in three hours on 9.7.2013.  Though it has been published in our magazine and also we had stated in our blog that on 9th July, 2013, it rain shall be heaviest.  Newspaper and media reports of long jams and water-logging are in headlines.Temperature came down by as much as ten degrees.
