Nawaz Sharif ex PM of Pakistan who is into the election campaign trail in Pakistan is passing through the main period of Ketu and sub period of Rahu and sub sub period of Mars.

Ketu is placed in the 11th house with Mars which is the lord of the ascendant.  Mars is aspecting the house of competition.  It is with Ketu.  As such it will be very weak.  10th lord Sun is posited in the house of disease.  The ascendant lord Mars is deep combust as it is with exalted Sun and Ketu 19/52.  In navamsa of the natal chart Sun is with Ketu and Mars is aspected by Ketu.

Earthquake is caused when Rahu transits over the natal planets of the country, when  the  country  gets independence.

At  that time earth is transitting near the Rahu or Ketu.  The ascendant of Iran is Cancer.  Retrograde Saturn in Leo -  aspects its fourth house which represents the land of the country.  The degree of Saturn is 14.43 and degree of Rahu is 23.41.  The degree of Venus is 10.23 and it is associated with Ketu.  As such Rahu should  touch the degree of Saturn or Venus or Rahu.

There was an earthquake  on 31.3.2006 in Iran.  A phenomena of earthquake occurs for a period of 45 days.  Any planet which is closer to earth should influence the 4^th house of the country.  In the 4^th house Jupiter is very close to the earth.   Earth was passing the node at that time.  

Venus shifted to Aquarius and it was aspected by Jupiter 23.52.  The degree of natal Rahu is 23.41, Natal Ketu 23.41 aspected transit Jupiter 23.52 which was closer to the earth.  The gravitational pull on the earth is maximum when it is closest to the earth.  It causes the earth to shake.

Two malefic planets Rahu and Saturn were posited in the 4^th house.  Saturn gravitational pull is very high as it is closer to the earth.  The degree of transit Rahu is 22.41. The earthquake occurred on 16.4.2013.

The ascendant lord is Moon.  Moon is posited in the 10^th house, the house of profession.  It is with most powerful  Sun which is the lord of the second house.  Venus is the lord of the 4^th and 11^th house.  Sun is a planet of fame and is King also. The exalted Sun took him to the height of IAS.  But very powerful  Saturn who is the lord of the Aquarius is aspecting Sun.  In such a condition, the person has to suffer a lot from powerful politicians. His boss who is much more powerful shall always try to punish him.

Mars is the lord of the 10^th house.  10^th house is the house of profession. There is exchange of Mars and Sun. Exchange of these  two planets lifts a person to a great height. The association of Sun lord of the 2^nd house and Venus lord of the 4^th house and 11^th house and Moon lord of the ascendant.  It is a very powerful Raj Yoga.  On account of the aspect of Saturn on Sun such a person becomes victim of Stars.

Rahu 20/36 is associated with Jupiter who is the lord of secret enemies.  On account of this, the secret enemies will always try to harm him.  In the first instance, he is secret enemy but subsequently they become open enemies.  Jupiter Rahu association  causes exposure of a secret thing.  It is on account of this that in a very short period, he is able to expose irregularity.

Dr. Khemka, graduated in 1988 from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, followed by PhD in Computer science.  He holds MBA degree from Mumbai.  At that time, he was passing the main period of Venus and sub period  of Mercury. Mercury is responsible for MBA degree.   Jupiter Rahu is responsible for PhD. and Venus is responsible for computer science.

Dr. Khema is an IAS of 1991 batch.  He was passing through the main period of
Venus and sub period of Ketu.  Ketu is exalted in the house of competition.  It was the sub period of  exalted Ketu – Ketu exalted him to the highest position of the country.  He joined as IAS  officer in 1991 in Haryana.

Om Prakash Chauthala became  Chief Minister on July 24, 1999.  Dr. Khemka faced face to face fight with Indian politics when he was   director,  Education Department of the INLD Govt.      At that time  Dr. Khemka was passing through the main period of Moon which is posited in the 10^th house and it is with exalted Sun. Saturn aspected Sun which indicates that he will be earning wrath from the superior authority.  He was passing through the sub period of Rahu.  Rahu is exalted and it is with Jupiter who is the lord of the house of education. 

He did not succumb to the political pressure of Chauthala and faced the wrath of Chauthala Govt.  He was posted as OSD in Personnel and General Administration, to humiliate him further, the official vehicle was withdrawn from him. Rahu sub period is up to 16.2.2001.

Dr. Khemka’s Moon period was for 10 years.  Moon is posited in the house of profession.  It is with exalted Sun and aspected by Saturn.  It indicates that he will face humiliation up to 16.3.2008.

Dr. Khemka was transferred from   Haryana’s Director-General of Land Consolidation and Land Records-cum-Inspector-General of Registration.  During his 80 days stint in the department, Dr. Khemka had detected serious irregularities in land transactions involving transfer of panchayat land worth several hundred crores of rupees to newly created real estate companies.  Dr. Khemka was transferred from the department on October 11^th, 2012.

Dr. Khemka is passing through the main period of Mars in the sub period of
Venus up to 10.4.2014.  It means that Venus is associated with Sun and Moon and both are royal planets.  It will cause continuous problem from the powerful authority.

Earthquake in Delhi and NCR

An earthquake measuring  was felt in Delhi and NCR about 20 minutes ago.  The earthquake's magnitude and other details shall emerge in some time..

In our news item dated 26.3.2013, wherein prediction for Weather in May 2013 had been made,  it was clearly mentioned that from 11th April, 2013 to 24th May, 2013, incidents like earthquake, hijacking, fires, landslides, snags or accidents of aeroplanes etc. will happen. It is a Venus Ketu combination which increases such incidents during this period.

On 9th April 2013, an earthquake took place in Iran killing 30 and injuring 800 people.  

Governments need to pay special attention during this period to educate public to take precautions when such incidents happen.

At present Sun, Venus, Mars and Ketu are together.  Retrograde Saturn which is closer to earth is aspecting the royal planet Sun.  In such a situation there will be bomb blast hijacking of planes, mishaps of planes and earthquakes.  There will be rupture in the hilly areas.  Sun is a person who is very very powerful on account of influence of Saturn.  Many persons who are of the similar combination may have to face too much humiliation. 

 There will be war of words between the politicians.  This combination also indicates mass death and many deaths on account of accident, storms and fire i.e. natural calamities.   It will happen in northern hemisphere.  As such we have seen people dying on account of as the combination of Saturn Mars is there.

Last week an aeroplane skidded into sea injuring many people.  Bomb blasts in Iraq have killed many.  Blasts in Boston Marathon  have killed three and injured many.

According to our news on weather, posted in our blog on 26.03.2013, with the heading "Weather in May 2013", it was mentioned that "The phenomena of earthquake will occur from April 11 to May 24,2013.  During this period there will be earthquake in northern hemisphere".  It is explained that an event associated with Venus can occur 48 hours before or after  also.

An earthquake with magnitude of 6.3 killed 30 people and injured 800 in Iran on 09.04.2013.  Iran's nuclear plant is at a distance of 20 Km. from the place of earthquake.  Authorities have said that the nuclear plant is safe.  Even Dubai and Bahrain felt the tremors.

It was recorded that there will be rainfall on 03.03.2013 in northern India.
It rained in Uttar Pradesh, J&K and Himachal Pradesh(Shimla).

It was indicated on 29.03.2013, that there will be western disturbance on 01.04.2013 after 01.30 PM and it was also stated that it will be up to 04.30 PM on 4th April, 2013.

On 02.04.2013, the sunny sky was turned  into black clouds, followed with rain.  It was around 05.30PM in Delhi and NCR when these changes in weather were witnessed.  At that time office-goers were moving back home from offices when the sudden change in weather condition surprised everyone. Temperature during day time was 36 degrees which was three degrees above the normal.  With the rain temperature cooled down considerably.

Mercury will  shift to  Aries on 29.4.2013.  It will cause positive magnetic field which is responsible for rainfall in northern India.  There will be fall in temperature on 29.4.2013 and 30.4.2013 Western disturbance will occur on 2.5.2013.  It will cause the temperature to fall on 3.5.2013 up to 21.30 Hours.  There will again be rainfall on 5.5.2013 after 1.30PM and heavy rainfall from 9.5.2013 and it will be maximum on 12.5.2013 and 13.5.2013.

Mercury shall cause negative magnetic field from 13.5.2013.  It will increase the temperature.  The temperature will further escalate from 20.5.2013.  The heat will continue to hover over the  northern India up to 27th night.

The phenomena of earthquake will occur from April 11 to May 24, 2013.  During this period there will be earthquakes in northern hemisphere.

The positive magnetic field of Mercury shall operate from 28.5.2013.  It will cause rainfall in northern India.  In such a situation the direction of the winds tilts towards the hilly areas and it will cause snowfall in higher reaches and rainfall in plains.
